Many companies will suggest that when your pitch is in a bad condition you should have all or nearly all your infill removed and replaced with new sand. In our view this is only necessary if your pitch is in such a poor state that it is unplayable during the winter months when filtering the sand and rejuvenation is not possible.

Complete sand removal and replacement is a very costly operation so it is imperative that you have your facility maintained to a good standard during the summer months to avoid problems during the winter months. Many clubs and sports centres, particularly with the last few winters and the long wet summers of late, have seen how it is even more important for your pitch to have a good maintenance program in place.
We will be happy to inspect and plan alongside any in-house maintenance programs; it will save you money in the long run as your pitch will last longer and play better.
Personal service
Grass Valet is a family run business so we can offer a more personal service, especially for customers with privately owned tennis courts where we often find ourselves handling additional pieces of work such as landscaping, drainage and earth moving.
We cover a wide area
We work mostly in the south of England (we are based on the Somerset Wiltshire border) but have worked as far away as Northern Ireland, so can travel if required.
We are always reliable
Because we have a fully operational workshop back at our base and many years of engineering expertise, we maintain all equipment in-house enabling us to stay operational throughout the season.
No nonsense and competitive rates
We like to pride ourselves in being straightforward to deal with and, because we don't have an expensive infrastructure to maintain, we can compete on our prices. If we see any cheaper alternatives we shall advise you.
